From 31st December 2026, the existing website prescription request form and email ordering will no longer be available.

Our preferred ordering method is the NHS App. It sends requests securely and directly to our clinical system, helping reduce errors and delays. Where collection notifications are enabled, you can also receive an email when your medication is ready.

If you cannot use the NHS App, you can order through the Online Consultation, repeat prescription section of our website or submit a written prescription request.
